To begin, the pipe tobacco called "North Sea" was renamed by The Tinderbox. It is more commonly known as the Peter Stokkebye blend "Kentucky Nougat". This blend can be purchased online at
http://www.pipesandcigars.com/petstokbulto.html and is known as the Blend "Peter Stokkebye Bulk Nougat". It goes for about $3.00 an ounce. Now, I am a big fan of supporting your local B&M (Brick and Mortar) tobacco shop, so my reccomendation is to call Just For Him at (417) 886-8380 and tell them what you are looking for. MAKE SURE you tell them you heard about them from Old Toby and you will get a free sample of tobacco! Ok, now for the next blend.
As for the Captain Spice, it is a light vanilla cavendish. I was not able to locate a good substitute off the top of my head, so I would again, call Just For Him and tell them you are looking for a light vanilla cavendish. They are very smart and should be able to help!
